Position: Office Manager – Araxi, Bar Oso and lL Caminetto
Reports To: Restaurant Directors and Executive Chef, Araxi and Restaurant Director, IL Caminetto

The Office Manager will play an important role in the operations of the restaurant by providing a high level of confidential administrative and personal support to the team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive in their approach, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Other duties may be assigned as required)
Collect all onboarding documents for new hires and ensure completion
Update head office of any personnel changes in a timely manner
Process cash orders, cash dispersals and tip pool reconciliation
Gather and collect all the paperwork needed for weekly parcel to head office and ensure they are timely
Review invoices that have been entered into inventory systems by front and back of house teams
Ensure team members are equipped with any necessary tools and equipment to perform their jobs efficiently
Provide admin support for all special events
Liaise with housing manager for all housing related requirements
Support recruitment initiatives in conjunction with HR team
Maintain a clean and organized office
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Accounting, Office & Business Administration)
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
Proficient using Microsoft Office applications
Excellent professional presentation
Positive team player with high energy and a strong client service focus
Motivated by a flexible, changing environment and willing to shift priorities, quickly
A thoughtful and collaborative problem solver
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
A self-starter who puts thought, creativity, and ingenuity into work assignments
Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, objectivity, confidentiality, and good judgment when handling issues
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize daily demands
