We play in the big leagues and chase and support Canada’s multi-province and multi-site customers. Our National Account Managers ensure our customers have access to the latest security solutions, industry trends, and most importantly have secure facilities for their employees, customers, and assets. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide sales support to new and existing national customers
Prepare and provide proper quotations of systems products and services to meet customer requirements
Participate in customer meetings to discuss technology trends, product roadmaps, and customer experience
Provide product demonstrations, attend industry shows, and exhibitions
Create documentation – SOW work-plans, templates, SLA standards documents
Review all specifications and ensures project designs and estimates are compliant with desired scope of bidding the work
Reviews opportunities with the operations team and obtain necessary approvals on estimate costs
Attend site surveys / meetings with the ADT operations team to collaboratively ensure system designs are accurate and meet customer expectations
Enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
Degree or Diploma in Business (or equivalent) is required
CCTV, access control, intrusion, security or related experience would be an asset
Exceptional customer service skills in English
Knowledge of the practical application of construction and technology
At least 3 years’ experience preferred in technical sales, security, and related hardware
3 years’ proficiency in design, pricing and implementation of all types of integrated systems projects
3+ years in solution selling in the business to business market
General understanding of networks and technology preferred
Understanding of estimating cabling and labor to deliver project requirements
Self-motivated and able to work independently taking initiative in identifying and resolving problems
Ability to develop solutions for designing and building integrated solutions
Ability to provide value engineering alternatives to the specified scope and design
High level of proficiency in access control, intrusion detection and CCTV products and concepts
Experience outlining and marking-up floor plans
Willingness to learn and apply proven sales principles and practices
Knowledge of large projects, database connectivity, basic LAN concepts.
Comfortable selling medium to large sized solutions
Ability to generate high recurring sales and upsells recurring business
Proficient reader on latest sales techniques and the latest industry trends
