Sales Job Opening in Winnipeg

Are you looking for an interesting and rewarding career in the field of mould inspection and remediation? is looking for enthusiastic people in their Sales Department in Winnipeg, Regina and Calgary.
We offer the only effective eco-friendly treatment for mould, bacteria, and pathogens in North America. We inspect, treat, and remove mouldy materials from buildings. We are currently seeking qualified, experienced Sales Personnel for positions in Winnipeg, Regina and Calgary.
Reporting to our company CEO, the following mandate will apply:
Promote the full range of products and services to achieve key business objectives for the assigned territory.
Apply effective solution selling methodology and sales processes.
Develop and maintain excellent long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop sales plans and recommend strategies to acquire new customers.
Cross sell the full range of service offerings and products.
Responsible for generation of new accounts within assigned territory in addition to existing account management.
Identify market and competitive trends and compile territory information.
Produce sales proposals and all messaging consistent with the corporate brand.
Complete and ensure accuracy of all documentation pertaining to sales concluded and contract negotiations.
Update and maintain a database of prospects.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly forecast reports.

Qualified candidates should possess:
A post-secondary education or equivalent in a business, sales or marketing field.
Two to five years of sales experience in sales, ideally in the home inspection market.
Strong understanding of construction techniques as they pertain to mould remediation.
Proven record of achievements for the development of assigned territory and selling solutions.
Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market trends and plan a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
Excellent verbal communication with the ability to negotiate and influence positively.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-pace environment.
Excellent English language skills, written and oral.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn and use other software programs.
A valid driver’s license for the province assigned.
